Dr. Lorna Finman - Board Member

Dr. Lorna Finman is a graduate of Stanford University with a PhD in physics. She is the owner of LCF Enterprises in Post Falls, Idaho which manufactures RF Power Amplifiers for commercial and military applications. She is the founder of Discovery Technology, which is a primary sponsor of the FIRST Lego League (FIRST for Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Dr. Finman also hosts LEGO, robotics, and tech challenges for schools. Dr. Finman was an astronaut candidate in 1989.


Darrell Richardson - Board Member and Chairman

Darrell Richardson has a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from WSU and a Masters of Engineering in Power Transmission and Distribution from Gonzaga, where he also taught the Power Engineering Lab. Along with an extensive background in development and production of electronic equipment, he has also managed people, projects, and teams. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and received various awards. He also held security clearance while working at Boeing Aerospace and supported the initial build of the Inertial Upper Stage Satellite Booster. He has been an active supporter of our local school district financially by purchasing various supplemental science and reading programs over the years.  He is currently a Professional Engineer at Avista Utilities.


Dan Tesulov - Board Member and Vice-Chair

Dan Tesulov is a 28 year Realtor, Co-Owner and President of Real Team Real Estate Corporate. His background includes: Two time seated member and President of the Rathdrum City Council, President of the Rathdrum's Citizen's Committee, ( a non profit organization ) Council Liaison and Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Commission for the City of Rathdrum and Committee Chairman for Rathdrum Boy Scout Troop 216.


Patricia Guzman - Board Member

Patricia Guzman holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from California State University at Hayward.  She retired from the Los Angeles Police Department and is currently an investigator with the Office of Professional Responsibility, Peace Officer Standards and Training.  She has also been an active supporter in our local school district.
